PAYMENT
Payment must be made before production can begin. We will provide a option to pay with your order confirmation. We accept payment in the form of:
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Paypal
- Google & Apple Pay

Once payment has been received. You will receive confirmation and we will begin making your Barfi!
SHIPPING
We offer an standard delivery within 3 to 5 working days. As our barfi is temperature controlled therefore we charge a small fee of £5 to ensure our creations arrive safely.
We deliver to anywhere within the UK. For international delivery, please contact us first.
For Bespoke gifts or Event orders, please order 1-2 weeks before required delivery date to avoid disappointment. For urgent orders, it is possible we can provide an express service for an additional fee, depending on how busy we are at the time.
All barfi is freshly made for each order so if there are any delays, you will be duly informed.
RETURNS
We are confident our packaging is secure and can be delivered unharmed and without any damage.
However for any unexpected reason i.e. your items arrive faulty, please take an immediate picture as proof and contact our friendly customer service team immediately after receiving delivery and we will happily provide a full refund.
