  • Where are you based?
    We are based in London yet we deliver all over the UK and ship internationally (upon special request)
  • Is your barfi vegetarian?
    Yes! All our barfi is vegetarian and eggless
  • Does your barfi contain nuts?
    Some of flavours do contain nuts while others may contain small traces. We can always cater to your needs and allergies
  • How can I buy a box?
    Please get in contact with us to arrange a box delivered
  • I am looking for barfi at my upcoming event, do you do a sample box?
    Yes, we do. After a consultation, we will ask what flavours you would like to try. The sample box price will be deducted of the total event order.
  • How far in advance can I put in an event order?
    We suggest as early as possible. We operate on a first come, first served basis and would hate for you miss out during busy seasons.
  • I am looking for something totally bespoke, is this something you do?
    Absolutely! We love making new creations and making them personal. So if you want birthday gifts, we can commission a special piece specifically for the person receiving.
  • What is your minimum quantity for wedding orders?
    For table favours - minimum quantity is 25 For wedding invites - minimum quantity is 10
  • If I need an event order urgently, can you do it?
    Subject to availability we may be able to complete an order on short deadline for an expedited cost.

Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING POLICY

If you have ordered with Bee's Barfi, we offer a standard delivery within 3 to 5 working days.  As our barfi is temperature-controlled therefore we charge a small fee to ensure our creations arrive safely.

 

We deliver to anywhere within the UK.

For international delivery, please contact us first.

 

For Bespoke gifts or Event orders, please order 2 weeks prior to the required delivery date to avoid disappointment. For urgent orders, we may be able to provide an express service for an additional fee, subject to terms.

 

All barfi is freshly made for each order so if there are any delays, you will be duly informed.

REFUND POLICY

We are confident our packaging is secure and can be delivered unharmed and without any damage.

 

However for any unexpected reason i.e. your items arrive faulty, please take a picture as proof and contact us immediately, within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

We do not offer refunds for any products tried and tasted for hygiene reasons.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made before production can begin. We will provide a option to pay with your order confirmation. We accept payment in the form of:

- Credit / Debit Cards
- Paypal

- Google & Apple Pay

Once payment has been received. You will receive confirmation and we will begin making your Barfi!
